Spa Service Policies

Water Level

Due to insurance liabilities, we are not allowed to add water to your spa on a regular basis, so please keep an eye on your water level and fill as needed.

Draining

The water in your spa will need to be changed generally every 6 to 12 months depending on use. Since spas are a small body of water, they grow quickly in dissolved solids and conditioner levels which can be harmful to you and your spa equipment. Once your TDS (total dissolved solids) exceeds 1500 ppm or when your conditioner level is over 200 ppm, we will drain & refill your spa. This service is $75-150 depending on the size of your spa and includes start-up chemicals. If you want to drain your spa yourself, please let us know, so we don’t schedule it for you!
